Yes, you can most definitely do that. There's a native Defender connection available for Logic Apps and one of the many action you can perform is indeed initiate an Anti-Virus scan.

One might argue that Defender for Endpoint will already have initiated this by itself, once the alert was triggered as part of the auto remediation. But I'm not sure about that.
